Old and run down hotel. Paid a high price because of the time of year. Air conditioning rattled the windows so it was a choice of being hot or the room being quiet. Everything a bit old and dated and damaged. Location was good.

Hotel room full of cockroaches, keycards never worked to the rooms, the breakfast was terribke, elevator was terrible, not allowed to bring guests back so my friends couldn’t even stay, the air con was awful and generally a waste of money.

The ROACHyalty hotel! DONT GO THERE! I didn’t see the reviews and I wish that I would’ve. The staff was good but the hotel is in terrible condition. It has roaches and they know it but it’s like normal to them. They want to spray the room when you’re not there. Their wifi only works in the lobby. The key cards stop working all the time.

The space was beautiful it was the lack of comfort. I stayed my last night and ended up being in the lobby for the last 3 hours of my stay because the room was a sauna. hen i called the front desk they stated that there was nothing they could do being that there was no extra rooms. So I waited in the lobby where the temp was tolerable. After i had to pay for the items consumed (water due to the excessive heat) and when i paid the front desk staff tried o short me $R40, when i told them they swore that maybe i made a mistake. That was impossible especially cause he handed me te $ I counted and immediately approached him when I noticed the error. I wasn’t able to enjoy my breakfast that i paid or in my reservation. This hotel is also not conveniently close to the beach as other hotels that were a éter stay, this would be a last resort for me, you can find better.

Pontos positivos: Boa localização e café da manhã. Pontos negativos: Wi-Fi: Não funcionou nos 2 primeiros dias. Ao questionar a recepção, a resposta foi: “Está com instabilidade. Não sei nem o que te dizer”, sem qualquer previsão de solução. TV: Aparelho de 32 polegadas com imagem de baixa qualidade e desajustada ao tamanho da tela. Chuveiro: Saídas de água aparentemente obstruídas, fazendo com que os jatos espirrassem em diversas direções. Ralo do banheiro: Escoamento inadequado, causando acúmulo de água durante o banho, a ponto de deixar os pés submersos. Muito desagradável! Limpeza do quarto: Durante as 4 diárias, solicitei a limpeza por 2 dias consecutivos, utilizando o cartão na porta, mas o serviço não foi realizado. Ao retornar à noite, foi preciso ligar para a recepção e solicitar ao menos a troca das toalhas. A justificativa da equipe foi: “Desculpa, está muito corrido hoje”. De modo geral, o hotel possui pontos positivos, especialmente a localização e o café da manhã. Entretanto, acredito que alguns ajustes na manutenção das instalações e na organização dos serviços de limpeza poderiam proporcionar uma experiência mais confortável e satisfatória aos hóspedes.
