We had booked a two bedroom executive suite for me and 3 friends. Upon arrival we were only given one key for four guests it was a normal key that takes not even a day to replace after complaining I managed to get one the next afternoon. The state of the room was unacceptable and run down, we were told it had previously been trashed by people. My fan in my room was broken, I had to move my mattress into the tv room as I couldn’t sleep in 30 degree heat, the dishwasher was broken with a error massage coming up, the door to the balcony barley opened as it kept getting stuck it took two 30 year old men to open it, the tv remote was missing had to ask for one and worst of all the toilet sit was broken. We informed the owners of all of this on checkout and my friend informed twice about the toilet seat. The owners are now saying we broke the toilet seat and not giving us back our full bond even though we told them of all these issues. When trying to resolve it with them the owner hanged up on me multiple times and not did they inform us of the bond charge my friend had to call them we also asked for proof toilet seat charges they can’t give and keep changing story. The provided us with broken seat photo they have purposely snapped it on half when all it was the seat broken off the actual toilet. The cleaniness of the room was not to standards to with dust everywhere. I have travelled multiple times and never experienced such bad customer service and so many problems in one room.
