Mix-up made right

Hotel itself was very nice. Problem at check-in when we had no reservation. For some reason, there was lack of communication between the hotel and Hotels.com. I have used Hotels.com for many years; never had an issue. Anyway, the local hotel reserved us a nice king suite, both staff and us called Hotels.com and solved the payment issue. It all turned out OK.

The beds were super comfortable. The room appeared clean but was very dusty. All of the employees that we talked to were very friendly. The hotel is in a good location. Breakfast buffet was small but the food was good.
