The location of the property was great. The amenities were great. The room, was the part that was disappointing. The TV needed to be replaced, it had lines going through it, switch to b/w, sound would mute. The chair in the room was old and pealing, and the shower wouldn't drain.

Make sure your room is in the new buildings!
The building we were put in was an old, worn down building they will soon be renovating. There were other, newer parts of the hotel that were pictured as being where our room was going to be. We were greatly disappointed to pay so much for such a crappy room.

Overall it was a pleasant stay and the kids enjoyed it. Only inconvenience was having to move rooms after 2 nights because of someone else having that room. Feel as if they could find a better way to make sure that doesn’t happen.
