Staff were excellent; really friendly and helpful particularly killi and lilli who both went out of their way to help with organising trips, taxis etc. The location of the hotel is within easy walking distance of all parts of the old quarter with many restaurants and cafes on the doorstep. The beds were comfortable with daily cleaning although rooms could benefit from some decoration and more powerful shower would be an improvement. We stayed for 2 weeks and were more than happy overall but would suggest the larger rooms for long stay. Would recommend balcony room. Many thanks to all staff for wonderful holiday. Would definitely stay again.

Toilet fittings are so worn barely working, room is not secured have a sliding window that opens to a walkway and cannot be locked. Yes people can actually climb into your rm. The walkway is lighted in the evening and yes your rm also gets lighted.

Extremely value for money
Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and was treated with extremely polite and helpful hotel staff especially Kili. She helped me arrange for a tour to Halong Bay, Ninh Binh and shuttle bus from SaPa at a very reasonable price and even offered for me to use the hotel amenities after my checkout before my departure to SaPa. The hotel is strategically located, with many good food places in the vicinity. Pho, Bun Cha, Bun Bo Nam Bo are some to mention. Hoan Kiem lake is within 10min walk but there's so many things to see along the streets such that time will pass in a flash. Room is really clean, towels are folded nicely into the shape of a swan.

Wonderful hotel!
Clean, friendly staff, great breakfast and the bed was soooo comfortable! We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed longer. The location is in the old quarter so it’s close to lots of bars and restaurants. We would 100% recommend this hotel :)
