Staff kindness and excellent service

We were welcomed warmly and found our room clean and with fabulous bathrooms. Our balloon trip had been cancelled due to weather and the staff made every effort to book us on the next day. We had an amazing time and are very grateful to Royal Balloons and all the friendly staff. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Royal Stone House (5 stars)

Royal Stone House is my favorite hotel in Goreme. I have stayed there 3 or 4 times over the years. The staff is amazing, wonderful breakfast every morning and wonderful views. You can see the hot air balloons rise when the weather is good enough for them to be in the air. Highly recommend Royal Stone House.

Breakfast was fresh and delicious, served in a lovely setting that made slow mornings even more enjoyable. I truly wish I had stayed longer. The location is bit far from downtown center as you have to walk for 10- 15 mins for dinner/ lunch options Best thing is that you get discounts to the Royal hot Balloon and you don’t have to go anywhere as the hotel is the starting point for all the hot balloon trip

It's a great choice if you need a quite nice place to stay in Goreme. The staff were kind and helpful. Also, if you want to fly with Royal Ballon it's even better: discount for the flight, no need to get up earlier, and first hand info about the weather just by talking to the reception.
