However, the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the honesty of the housekeeping team. On our first night, my husband and I inadvertently left our credit cards and other valuables out on the table while the room was being cleaned. This property is located in a great area of London (Kensington) in a posh neighborhood with lots of dining and shopping options as well as located close to great museums. Although the rooms are small, they are comfortable. The public spaces are great and the staff is wonderful. Our only recommendation is to configure the bathrooms to more convenient for placing personal items, including a spot to hang up wet towels.

Really Enjoyed Egerton.
Did valet where they take your car to secure parking garage. That was 45 GBP and 10 GBP each time to pick up or drop off. Charming hotel, we got upgrade. Great service, close to VA Museum, would stay here again.
