Booked through Expedia, when arriving the hotel claimed to not have confirmation and were very rude trying to force us to repay. Once issue was resolved (between Expedia and hotel) we received no apology.
Door key failed to work one night and had to spend 2 hours waiting for them to drill door open, forcing us to change rooms. Again poor communication throughout issue.
Outside of these issues, the hotel was clean and provided all basic requirements, however photos do not match current condition of hotel. It is now very dated property in need of renovation.
