The room is dirty, the staff is unfriendly – too many inappropriate remarks during check-in. They claim it's a 3-star hotel – that's ridiculous. They provided one large and one small towel per room for two people, and they weren't the cleanest ones either. Miami has turned into a swamp.

Staff at front desk is unhelpful and rude. Room was disgusting - hair all over the floor, live bugs, and a false eyelash on the bed. Internet is shaky at best and goes out every five minutes.

The staff the first day of the stay was not friendly or helpful. The room was very dated and the water barely ran. No hot water. Never ever recommend that place.

The hotel is TRAP …. I arrived around 7pm and the guy front desk said the price of private parking lot is 30 USD per day , I said okay but when I showed up at the front desk at 11:00 pm they lock my car and charge me 100 USD just to took out the locker from my car wheel plus the 30 USD , that is ridiculous ,
Be careful when you are traveling don’t stay at the Notebook hotel at Miami Beach , also the room have only central air conditioning, that means you can control the temperature….
I am very uncomfortable with this situation

My room was really dirty, the manager was extremely rude. I asked for cups, “we don’t provide cups”. I also asked for ice “all we have is vending machines, no ice.” I have never stayed at a hotel where they don’t provide ice or cups. The fridge leaked water, my toilet seat was dirty, and the room didn’t smell clean. Very unpleasant stay and will never stay here again. Don’t recommend.

To start off it is not a 3* hotel. The pictures on here seem to be very edited or outdated. The rooms feel very different to what is advertised - very much in need of TLC. Sadly the bathroom really was not up to scratch, the water pressure was non existent, hot/cold water mixer was really not great, and there was one small sachet of shampoo for the stay. No hair drier either. Only one set of small and larger towel for two people. All in all felt very Spartan and slightly duped from the reviews on here (Google and other booking site reviews paint a better picture).
On the positive note the bed was comfortable and big, and the hotel is at a great location. Shame about the actual hotel.

Room had a bed with spindly legs with 2 of them nearly collapsing when my husband sat on the bed. He had to lay on the floor to straighten them out. No remote control for the tv and the front desk was unable to get us one. The worst part was we were on the first floor with a nonfrosted window in the bathroom that overlooked the main street and there was no shade or covering for it! Brings a whole new light on a room with a few.
