Overall really nice, nicely made for the age of the building. Rooms are not very well isolated from noise, you can hear the heating and other showering etc., did not bother us that much.

Centralised in Lenzerheide.
Toilet/bathroom was very small. No service attendance at the front desk after 5pm on Sundays

Could have been better.
I liked many aspects of the Kurhaus Lenzerheide, but there were too many things that did not work.
Plus side: The design is nice, the concept is good and the rooms are cool. The staff (when they could be found) are nice and quite friendly. The food is good. Location is excellent and quite near the PostBus station.
Minus side: The hotel often felt like a hostel. The common areas were not cleaned often enough, so used tea, coffee and other glasses were left on every surface. In the evening there was a very large group in the common area/bar which was definitely in violation of Covid-19 restrictions - however no staff was onsite to regulate or to give earplugs for the banging of doors long into the night.
For CHF 100 this is ok, for CHF 260 it is not.

As stripped down version of a hotel as it gets
The hotel has a barebones concept and apart from the nice views is pretty outdated and shabby.
I stayed across at Schweizerhof for comparison and it was night and day.
OK if you are just staying there - but mattresses felt pretty old too.

A very unique hotel! It is very fashionably decorated and the swing at reception is something we’ve never seen before; and it was wonderful to see it used. The staff are very attentive and friendly. Great overall experience!

Nice hotel
I was attending the WEF and this was the only hotel available. It is an hour drive from Davos, which includes daily drives up and down the mountains. A good hotel if your reason is to go skiing otherwise a little too far from the action.
big room with balcony, comfortable bed, free parking and welcoming staff!

Great staff!
This little gem may not look like a lot from the description, but that's because there isn't a spot to accurately describe the culture of the hotel. The staff waited an extra hour on us (reception closed at 8pm) and cheerfully checked us in. This hotel was an older building but has some modern furnishings added to it to make it more appealing for those who prefer that. The mini bar is in the lobby area and is based on the honor system with a sheet laid out for writing what you take. It's not in the city if that's what you are looking for...but rather...it's located on top of the mountain. The views on the drive down are amazing. The smaller town that it's located in does have some shops and restaurants. If you are looking for a truly unique experience...then stay at this hotel!
