Thank you for the coffee, coffee pots, white towels and toothbrushes provided. However, the stay was significantly impacted by multiple unresolved issues. The washing machine did not work at any point during our stay. We reported this several times over three days, but no effective solution was provided. As a result, we had to leave the property with wet clothes after repeated failed attempts to wash and dry them, which is a basic expectation during a multi-day trip. In addition, several power sockets stopped working early in the stay, limiting the usability of the space. The access fob for the building amenities also never functioned, despite being reported multiple times, and no resolution was provided. Finally, while some level of noise can be expected in Miami, the constant noise from nearby ventilation systems in this unit was excessive and had a clear impact on rest and sleep quality. Although communication was responsive in both English and Spanish, the lack of effective resolution to these issues meant the property did not meet the standards advertised. Overall, this was not good value for money.
