The hotel looks absolutely nothing like the photos. The rooms were very small and overall very run down. Mould was present on the ceiling and in the bathroom. It is in the heart of the Old Quarter which some people may like. I would not stay again.

The staff/owner of the hotel can speak English so there is nothing to worry about. My stay in the hotel is good. Its location is accessible to everything. I see no problem during my stay at all.

This hotel is a scam. The pictures online must have been taken when it was newly built, probably 10-15 years ago. I was so shocked when i went in. The place is old, dirty and it smells terrible. I had to use the restroom downstairs cuz I haven’t checked in yet and it is the dirtiest restroom I’ve ever seen. I honestly almost cried.

ハノイ観光にとても良い立地で、ローカルな美味しいお店が近く沢山あり、食べ歩いて探してみるのも楽しいと思います。私は一日中徒歩で市内観光をしました。ハノイ市内はGrabタクシーもすぐに来てくれて便利です。 ホテルのスタッフも親切で前日のツアー予約や深夜の空港への送迎も快く手配してくれました。設備の使用方法なども慣れていなくて困ったのですが親切に教えてくれて、安全に楽しい旅を終えることができました。 It's in a great location for sightseeing in Hanoi, and there are many delicious local restaurants nearby, so I think it's fun to walk around and explore them. I spent the whole day touring the city on foot. Grab taxis are very convenient in Hanoi as they come quickly. The hotel staff was also kind and willing to make tour reservations the day before and arrange transportation to the airport late at night. I had some trouble because I wasn't familiar with how to use the equipment, but they kindly taught me how to use the equipment, and I was able to complete my trip safely and happily.

From the beginning everything was wrong! Andress was incorrect so I had to rumble around asking everyone and everywhere, then nothing like the pictures at all! A big scam! Everything in the bathroom was so rusty, bed is super uncomfortable, first night I locked the door and next morning was unlocked I don't know why or how! And cherrie of the pie: this morning went to the toilet opened the door and then: 7 cocoraches! Had to called the lady, but this is so disgusting, I wouldn't come back in my entire life! I feel just robbed, price Vs quality, only good thing: location.
