The location are very good with amazing view of Santorin. All staffs are nice, friendly and helpful, especially F/O team. Service of HSKP, F&B also prefect. really enjoy my time staying here. Can't wait to come back again.

View was great, room was lovely. Staff was friendly. Spa was terrible. There’s actually no spa. Massage was subpar for the price of what a luxury spa would charge. The massage was done in a yoga room on portable massage beds with towels that were not even soft. The restaurant dinner pre fixed was very mediocre for the cost

As a traveling businessman who enjoys taking my wife to nice destinations for vacation, I have very high standards. I am not easily impressed. Grace Hotel and it's staff are second to none. Customer service is taken to the next level. Constantinos and his team in reception were exceptional in helping us coordinate our activities. Demitrus and the Grace drivers were on time, informative, and super friendly. George and his staff made sure our dining experiences with Chef Lefteris Lazarou were out of this world. Thank you Grace Hotel Staff for making our vacation one of a kind! We will be back! Jason Kessler
