Entire Hotel was incredibly clean and well kept, not to mention it smells amazing!! The ONLY thing I could say I didn’t realize or see info about when booking, is 1. They charge to park and 2. It’s also a made to order breakfast. Both of those may have been stated somewhere and I just missed it, and overall it didn’t hinder our stay, just two items I wish I would’ve known beforehand. Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff and great comfortable stay.

The room was very clean.The staff were wonderful. Matthew at the front desk was great! Woke up early, and caught him giving me my wake up call right on time! Had a laugh with him about it!The lady bartending was awesome as well. Great conversation! Best omellette in my life for breakfast. Hopefully I can stay here again!

Hotel is brand new and they were really busy, people everywhere. We went to see Dave Matthews across the street at the Morton Amphitheater. Perfect location, we were able to walk. Room was freshly cleaned. Parking is supposed to be included but I couldn’t figure out how to get the voucher and never went and asked about it. We are at the restaurant, they were out of one of the items but what we ordered was as expected. Bar drinks were great. We didn’t use the pool. Bar stayed open late after the concert and we were able to sit outside and have a nightcap. Staff were all friendly. We are Hilton honors members but we weren’t able to use our status because we booked through hotels.com because it was cheaper. Would definitely stay here again, especially for concerts across the street.

Had to wait for 45 after 4pm check in for our room to be ready. The hall by elevator smelled like sewage. The rest of the hotel is clean and room was a nice size. Nice pool area. Was given a $10 food credit. Could have done a better comp for waiting.
