The rooms were awesome, clean with REALLY comfortable bed & pillows. The staff were welcoming & helpful. Working elevators with a fitness room, but did not use the open outdoor pool. It had an upgraded breakfast & again, the staff kept it stocked & warm. A+. Although the hotel & staff made for a good experience, if your going to either statium, the location was great!! Quick walk to the Upper A gate & saw that statium staff brought golf carts to the upper entrance for people so they didn't have to navigate down to lower gates or back up after the baseball game. But not a difficult walk down either.

The room was clean and the air conditioning kept the room cool through the humid night. I had an early departure, but breakfast was hot and ready when I came down at 6:30 so I was able to have some biscuits and gravy with eggs on my way out, which were all very good. My only issue was the pillows in the room, as none of which I found were the most comfortable for me. Still, the location and good complimentary breakfast certainly made up for it. I would definitely stay again.

Its always unnerving booking a hotel and not knowing what your gonna walk into. I was not disappointed at all about my decision to book here. Everything was great. A very nice hotel with comfy beds, good breakfast, friendly staff, and very clean. My only complaint was a noisy guest at 3:30 am right outside our windows. Not the fault of the Lotus hotel or staff. I highly recommend and look forward to staying again!!
