2/10 Poor

I was absolutely shocked and appalled that this place could be on hotels.com. It was so filthy and disgusting. I felt sick thinking that I was gonna stay there.. The room was dirty. The bathroom was filthy. There was mould on the ceiling. Paint was peeling air-conditioning was not working. The lock on the bedroom door was broken. And the bar lounge area was no longer there. Pictures online misrepresent this place. I will be seeking compensation as this place was totally unsuitable and not what I expect from a online booking company. Took many pictures to pass along, verified my comments and total shock and dismay of this place. G.Gittens Canada

6/10 Good

Bon rapport qualité-prix...
