Malheureusement ce n'est plus comme avant, les chambres sont froides !! Nous demandons de régler le problème, ont nous dit que la chaudière a un problème... Aucune solution!! Avant il y avait une bouilloire, du thé, du café... ils ont tout enlevé... il y a juste 2 bouteilles d’eau... Actuellement, il n'y a aucune différence entre le IBIS et le NOVOTEL... Vous payez plus cher pour rester au Novotel mais çà ne sert à rien... Je ne le recommande pas !!

Nous avons réservé sur le site hôtels. Com devinez quoi Hôtel novotel complet on est rester 5 heures de temps entrain d'attendre pour trouver une solution et nous avons été hébergé dans un hôtel pourri avec le prix fort

Très belle escapade d'une nuit à Sétif. Hotel très bien situé au centre ville, personnels aimables et accueillants. Chambre spacieuse pour 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 enfants), seul bémol, la chambre pas très propre surtout la salle de bain. Néanmoins, on garde un bon souvenir de cette nuit.

L'hotel è nuovissimo e quindi ancora in perfetto stato. Il personale non è proprio il massimo ma volenteroso. Ho avuto un problema al check out che mi hanno fatto pagare di nuovo la stanza che avevo già pagato al momento della prenotazione che ora sto cercando di risolvere.
