10/10 Exceptional

The hotel is very cheap in cost and it looked brand new. Staff are very polite. The only thing that I didn’t like is power went out for two consecutive afternoon as there was a power issue in the area. But overall staying here is great. Do not use 40140 Marrakech as address when you uber, put Massira Social Living on the search bar. I got lost with the address given by expedia.

8/10 Very good

I would say the only factor that made me have a positive experience from my stay was Lamya. She was always available on WhatsApp, even on her days off. She provided meaningful help when I needed it most. The other staff very poor in communication and service. Taxi can drop you off right infront of the facility.
