There was no shade on one window that faced an outside stairway, the door was broken, the shower head was laying on the floor and the air/heat was not working. Victor fixed it all and Larissa at the front desk was great.

I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at this hotel. Although I initially made a mistake by booking a room without a kitchen, I was very impressed when the hotel team graciously switched us to a room with a kitchen at no additional cost. This was incredibly kind and allowed us to prepare the meals we had brought with us. The room itself was modern, very clean, and featured panoramic windows with fantastic views. It was an excellent stay overall, and I will certainly recommend this hotel to others. Thank you again for the wonderful service.

Great room, nicely decorated with plenty of space. The Jacuzzi and some are a great plus after a day of skiing. But I’m trying to understand why they put so many outside stairs on a place that gets so much snow.
