Chic, clean and spacious with all necessary amenities - can really recommend it! There is no reception, but the check-in process was very smooth with clear and easy instructions. It is located in Yoshiwara red light district, but did not feel unsafe at all. On the contrary, very calm neighbourhood and residential feel, even on the weekend. The only slight downside would maybe be the distance to the closest train stop, approx 10-15min which can be tiring with luggage/after long days of sightseeing. Would definitely book again!
