I had a wonderful experience in this propery since I arrived the general manager Miguel, Paola the receptionist also James. Love the breakfast in the room first time having a experience like that. I stayed at the Ciqala for 5 days it was a good hotel I had a suite room it was super spacious, the staff was great very helpful! The only thing i did not like was that there was only 1 elevator for all the guest to use which caused it to run extremely slow at times.
