This property was perfect more than you could imagine. It was very clean and well maintained. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. There is an hourly bus from the hotel to the Haram which is what I was told but every time I went to get the bus it was available. It is about 20/25 mins walk from the Kaaba there are a load of shops on the way so it will take longer. The only downside to this is after you have done umrah it’s is a long walk back to the hotel if that’s what you will do.
