Hilton lack that Turkish hospitality quality edge.
This hotel is connected to another hotel which we stayed in last year and I wish I had stayed at same hotel as last year because it is much nicer. Much larger rooms. Way better customer service. Hilton Bursa customer service experience is much like our Hilton Hagia Sofia customer experience. A lot of disengaged staff not paying attention, giving generic responses to questions. I will not stay at a Hilton in Turkey again.

Halime Gider and Murat Ergül, in particular, have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. Their dedication and professionalism truly reflect the high standards of the Hilton brand. The facilities are always impeccable, and the hospitality is unparalleled. Every visit feels like coming home. I can't recommend Hilton Hotel Bursa enough for both business and leisure travelers.
