This was a business trip where I was required to have a stable internet connection to be able to work from my room, but unfortunately I was forced to work from elsewhere for 3 days in a row (McDonalds and my family’s house) due to the extremely weak connection.
I reported the issue twice, but the front desk staff was absolutely not interested to provide any assistance or whatsoever looking into this matter. They were blaiming it on the external internet provider and continued to look at their personal cellphone. I was surprised by the attitude!! The second time was even worse as they (3 clerks) were more busy making jokes and laugh rather than assisting one of their guests. I have stayed in other Bastion hotels which in general is a fine chain, but this facility has highly unprofessional staff members.
The lack of service tells a lot about the management, in fact after submitting a complaint through Expedia, the management denied any compensation nor sending me an apology.
The property itself is simple but good… cleaning could be better though, as the room smelled a bit moldy and had a dusty/sandy floor.
Would definitely not stay here again.
