lovely stay! wish we were there longer!
wonderful, spacious room with a balcony overlooking the most gorgeous view of the water. we had a sauna in our bathroom & also a half bath which was great for our family of 4. wifi was spotty, so that was a challenge, but loved the convenience store in the lobby and the breakfast options were incredible.

Dont think I visit anymore. Soap was ran out from dispenser, no toilet pot brush, matresses dirty and omnious yellow stains. Spa swimming pool too small and some of the pool services did not work. Some of the staff seemed rude, but thats quite normal attitude to Tampere hotels.

Odotin paljon enemmän
Kulahtanut paikka, jossa puhkikuluneet huonekalut. Muuten huone ok ja tilava. Huoneen varustelu olisi voinut olla parempi. Esim lusikat puuttuivat kokonaan, mutta kakaopusseja oli tarjolla. Huoneet eri rakennuksessa kuin respa ja ravintolat. Kaikesta nyhdettiin lisähintaa, räikeätä ylihintaa. Kylpylässä altaissa kylmähkö vesi, shampoita eikä peflettäjä ollut ja pukukopissa entisen asiakkaan häpykarvat. Palvelu tylyhköä. Sijainti syrjässä. Aamupala oli yllättävän hyvä ja monipuolinen.
