Although the location was amazing and the staff was great I feel like I didn’t get wait I paid for. My room was not updated, I couldn’t watch anything on the tv, charger ports were not working properly and the ac was leaking in the room as well as the curtains were dirty and broken in one spot and I paid less for another hotel in the area and had none of these issues. I probably would not book this hotel again but staff was amazing and the location was on a great spot

The room was nothing like the photos. There was peeling paint, cracks along the walls, door handles falling off, what looked like mold in the bathroom as well as the door lock being broken. Management was refusing to speak to us when we complained and requested a refund or at least a cancellation of the remaining stay. The book of complaints in the lobby was at capacity. We ended up going to a police station and speaking with some lawyers. Once we managed to contact them on writing demanding a cancellation in accordance with Brazilian consumer protection laws we finally obtained one. Some of the reception staff was really helpful as much as they could given the circumstances. The breakfast was decent and the location was good, but I would never go back.

The room was much worse than the pictures. House keeping staff didnt even change the sheets or restock water in the refrigerator for 5 days. One day the hoise keeping didnt provide the bedding once changing sheets. It took three trips to the front desk to get a blanket for the bed. No restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast was provided but not very good. The bed in the room was poor quality. Not worth it.

I must report bad practice by a young man at the reception who was there on September 21. I asked him to order me a taxi to the airport at a contact number that I had. Well, when we arrived at the airport the taxi driver charged us a higher amount than the budgeted amount. The person at the reception called a taxi driver who was a friend of his and not the contact that I gave him. Very bad experience because one trusts the hotel staff

The most disappointing place I’ve ever been

I’ve had to change three rooms till fit with the price I’ve paid. For 3 stars hotel doesn’t cover the expectations about “Spacious rooms”(my first 2days was in small rooms with small double beds), the fitness center was one multifunction machine, cross trainer and treadmill(all of them basic and old) there weren’t any dumbbells or training mat. Also the whole spa area was clean and tidy. The sauna was off through the whole time. Also for 3 stars hotel the breakfast was almost the same variety every morning(my stay was 10nights). The bed sheets has staines and holes. Housekeeping wasn’t keeping the room in good and clean condition, the floor was always dirty even after cleaning. All pictures aren’t accurate, probably they’ve been before 10 years. I’m totally disappointed of this hotel for the price I’ve paid.

Tivemos uma ótima experiência! O hotel atende muito bem às necessidades, com excelente limpeza, funcionários muito educados e prestativos. Destaque especial para a equipe do café da manhã, sempre muito gentil e atenciosa. O café é farto, variado e muito gostoso todos os dias. O quarto é amplo, com instalações novas, e a localização é excelente. O único ponto negativo foi a ausência de interfone no quarto. Fomos orientados a utilizar o aparelho disponível no corredor, o que achei um pouco inconveniente. Apesar disso, não comprometeu nossa viagem. No geral, tivemos uma ótima estadia e recomendamos o hotel!

Serviço de quarto maravilhoso. Equipe de funcionários prestativa. Serviço de bagagens é o grande diferencial, faz com que o turista tenha comodidade na entrada e saída. Área da cobertura muito bonita também e o café da manhã foi caprichado. Recomendo e voltaremos em breve. Sugiro um guarda-sol na área da piscina. :)

Bom hotel, porém o restaurante só funciona no café da manhã, não tem secador de cabelo nos quartos e não tem interfone nos quartos, o interfone é no corredor. A maioria dos funcionários são bem prestativos, com exceção de uma que é bem antipática.

Amei o hotel. Os funcionários são super prestativos e agradáveis. Café da manhã bom, com reposição frequente dos alimentos. Reservei um quarto com cama de casal, chegando no quarto haviam apenas camas de solteiro. Solicitei a troca e disseram que resolveriam no mesmo dia. Ficamos uma semana no hotel dormindo em camas separadas de solteiro.
