Everything perfect! The most impressive thing was that for the five days of my stay I did not hear any noise coming from any of the adjoining rooms or the corridors, even though the hotel was fully booked!! Staff was very accommodating to my requests. Congress entry was right next door and metro less than 5 minutes walk away

Needs a makeover
The only thing i liked was the view. I dont know when they last renovated, but the bathrooms are starting to be out of date. My shower had "black mold" in the silicone in the cracks. There were also buttons on the wall in the entrance that were out of order. The room activator is placed under a shelf so everytime you open it, you hit the room key... Needless to say its in dire need of renovation.

Sweatty nights
The room was good and view even better. Unfortunately the AC did not work which made my stay horrible. Tried calling reception first evening to get help but could not reach anyone. After bad night of sleep and sweat called again in the morning to ve told that they knew its not working in tower 2. I was offered the option to move to tower 1 for next night. My schedule was full and did not have the time or energy to pack and move the bags to new room. As second option I got a fan. 12 hours of work with bad night of sleep. How much easier would it be to ask during check-in that if it feels too warm due to xx, call us immediately. Or what if hotel would have offered to take my stuff to the new room?

Opholdetet kunne det det skulle men værelset var beskidt og vi kom og tjekkede ind og skulle hurtigt afsted så vi havde ikke tid til at klage og da vi kom tilbage til midnat var det vi så hvor der var beskidt så som gammelt snask der er løbet ned af glasvæggen til wc og det var tydeligt det var gammelt og hår i badekaret og tandpasta på skrivebordet og hvide rander fra glas på skrivebordet Har ikke taget billeder men påtalte det ved udtrækning og der var svaret vi siger det videre men høre ikke mere fra det

Chili was absolutely amazing so friendly and helpful allowed me to check in an hour earlier and gave me an amazing room, the room it self spacious open and the bed is so comfortable, and THEY HAVE A SMART TV!!!
