Good location, very comfortable beds, nice bathroom but very, very dusty. It looked like it hadn’t been dusted for weeks. Breakfast was nice but a bit sparse compared to most other hotels we’ve been to.

10/10 Exceptional

The room was clean and in pristine condition. It had good lighting and a pleasant smell, particularly from the liquid soap, although I wasn’t keen on the scent of the lotion. Public transport was very convenient, with tram and bus stops just a 2-minute walk away and the central train station about a 17-minute walk. The air conditioning was adequate for my needs. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of tables and seating available. There were also many dining options nearby: McDonald’s and KFC were within a 10–12 minute walk, a Vietnamese/Japanese restaurant was only 1 minute away, and a Japanese takeaway and kebab shop were about 1.5 minutes away.

Good hotel. Only criticism was lack of space on a busy Sunday for breakfast so ended up taking my food to the room. Friendly staff. Great location and very comfortable bed.

The hotel is just newly built so it’s clean. The room is quite spacious. Good location, walkable to all main attractions

Breakfast menu is big with something for everyone. Staff is super friendly and helpful. There is only 12 parking spaces avaliable which is an issue for the hotel of this size. They clean rooms per request but don't refill shampoo and body wash so you have to ask for it.

Room: nice room, good size, plus for fridge, the bed could be better, mostly quiet, but you could hear nabour-doors slam pretty good. New hotel. Location: ok. Hotels still had the other Hilton hotels location for this one, so I booked a hotel I didn't know existed. Breakfast: amazing.

The staff are never reachable on the phone and check-in took forever . The location is excellent within city center and restaurants but parking is a bit tricky.

The room was clean had no smell and a good size for just one person. even for two it's fine. the Tv is huge for such a small room! but that didn't bother me.

We spent two nights at the Hampton by Hilton in Dresden as a family — my wife, our 17-month-old baby, and myself — and had a wonderful stay. It all started with a warm and friendly welcome at the front desk. Every member of the staff we interacted with was exceptionally helpful and attentive — truly service-oriented. The location is excellent, close to all the main attractions, yet the hotel remains very quiet and peaceful. Our baby slept soundly through the night without being disturbed, which says a lot about the calm environment. A big thank you to the entire Hampton team for your great service and hospitality. We’ll definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Dresden!

The gym had newer, functioning equipment and was not in a tiny, windowless room. Breakfast was very good, for this level of hotel, with plenty of tables to eat. Hotel is very well located to the old town and the train station.
