Why is there stairs very for people heavy luggage to struggle to get up the stairs and then u have go another pair of stairs inside just to get reception.My room was infested with mosquitoes. I had bite marks all over my body from the mosquitoes.

DONT STAY HERE!!! The room was tweeible, ive stayed in 50$ CAD motel rooms that were far better than this. After checking in, we immediately decided to check out and go somewhere else, AND THEY WOULDNT REIMBURSE US! We argued with the front staff for an hour before leaving, and am still be trying to get my money back!!! Not sure how these rooms / conditions are acceptable, especially being right off of the most touristy area of all of brasil

Room was súper small and outdated. Ac worked ok but I had extreme problem of mosquitos. There was only a bar of soap and no shampoo. I had to get my card magnetized each day. This is tough being in the 12 floor. Internet was extremely terrible also. I tried ordering Ubers to places and would struggle to complete my work.

Very old, many broken thing Aron the room , lots of mould on the walls and on the pillows. My air conditioner did not work at all, it was blowing hot air, and making lots of noise, it was impossible to sleep, the AC was maybe 40 years old, I have pictures of it. The windows didn’t close properly and the room was full of mosquitoes. I asked them to change my room and they refused. I insisted and they changed my room on Tuesday at 8.00 pm few hours before I left . For the whole time I stayed there I didn’t get any sleep. The staff is very rude and they do not speak English, Italian or Spanish at all. They o ly speak their language, and they are not willing to help or trying to understand the customer need. When I checked in they gave me the room already knowing the air conditioning wasn’t working. That machine is 59 years old and there is no way they didn’t know it was not working. I had a terrible experience.

Ficamos no quarto 703 e tivemos a pior experiência de hospedagem da nossa vida. O ralo do banheiro estava entupido e, a cada banho, o chão virava uma piscina, molhando tudo e deixando o banheiro sem condições até para nos trocarmos. Pedimos a solução duas vezes. Um funcionário da manutenção apareceu, mas o problema continuou. Solicitamos a troca de quarto e também não fomos atendidos. Para completar, a caixa acoplada do vaso sanitário não enchia, impossibilitando o uso da descarga. Tivemos que encher a caixa com um copo para conseguir dar descarga, um transtorno absurdo. Pedimos manutenção para esse problema também, mas ninguém apareceu para resolver e tudo permaneceu do mesmo jeito. O frigobar também não funcionava. Além disso, havia pernilongos no quarto e fui picado. Foi uma estadia desconfortável, desgastante e marcada pela falta de solução para problemas básicos. Mesmo após várias reclamações, seguimos sem um banheiro funcionando adequadamente. Pelo que vivemos no quarto 703, não recomendo essa hospedagem e não voltaria.

Próximo à estação Siqueira Campos do metrô, que facilita acesso aos principais pontos turísticos da cidade. Nas cercanias, há vários bares,restaurantes, lanchonetes e comércio diversificado. Fica a alguns metros da Praia de Copacabana . Um hotel que precisa de reformas. O café da manhã é bom. Pessoal de atendimento são educados e prestativos.
