The staff were all friendly. Location is prime for the city center. The room had a large balcony overlooking to the street but it was quiet and well shaded by the trees. It was s classic room with an actual key instead of a key card but that just adds to the charm. Having breakfast in the enclosed front terrace was a great way to start the day. I'll be happy to stay there again.

Great hotel, friendly and professional service from reception. Only problem we had was with Hotles.com information on our reservation. Hotels.com said breakfast was included with reservation and it turned out this was false. They notified Frapolli hotel it was for rooms only.

It’s been over a year since I have stayed at this hotel last. Nothing has changed. Still outstanding service from reception, housekeeping, bartender, waitstaff, to security.
