Room unbearably hot but location good
Staff were helpful storing luggage before and after checkout. The room was unbearably hot all day and night due to central heating, even with heating turned off in the room. No cold air came in through the window that only opened 10cm, even in early February. The location close to memorials, restaurants and rail car was great though. The power points need replacing - had very loose connections and wouldnt keep adapters in.

Room is a bit small and a bit dated but it is comfortable and clean. Nice location, very convenient to Peace Park and walking distance to the town. The reception staff are very friendly and pleasant. Breakfast is lovely with an amazing view.

Amazing location for the typical Hiroshima trip.
The location was perfect. Almost directly opposite the peace museum and just down from the Dome. The room was recently renovated, however the bathroom was not and was quite dated. We were very happy with the breakfast. We thought that it was good value given the location and the quality of the room. For the price we didn't mind that the bathroom was older. The wifi was also a bit slow, but again, no big impact on our trip.

What an awesome location! Across the road from the memorial museum and walking distance to the town. Staff extremely helpful and breakfast was lovely with an amazing view. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Central heating too warm
This hotel is very near a streetcar station (tram) and Peace Memorial Park. The room looks tired and need refurbishment. It was comfortable and has most things we needed though. The face, hair and bath products provided free at the reception were very useful. The central heating was way too warm and when we complained, we were asked to open the windows. The windows could only open a little and even with the winter weather outside, the room was still stuffy. Thankfully, the humidifier provided could blow cool air.

Nice stay, very convenient to Peace Park. Unfortunately, noisy first night, second night was fine. Staff were very friendly. Room was bit dated but still nothing to be concerned about. Great area for food.
