Do not be taken away by the word “Boutique “ There is nothing boutique about this hotel except the fantastic helpful staff. I arrived tired and they didn’t have access to my reservation because of the system, had to email receipt of payment, the whole process took 30min because their system was slow and they kept checking inn people who booked from other Plataforms first. Pool was dirty upon arrival, my bathroom flooded from the other side of the wall into the room. Room did not look like the pictures. The worst part is that the hotel is literally in the middle of the highway on a very busy road and even though I took a room all the way in the back I could still hear the cars all day and night.
