A Pleasant Stay with Potential for More

I had a lovely stay at this hotel as the staff were genuinely sweet and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was calm and pleasant. The food was decent, though not particularly memorable. Drinks were amazing! Well done The Scandinavian minimalism is elegant but adding a few warmer touches like fresh flowers, more color or things such as robes in the rooms, could elevate the experience and subtly encourage guests to enjoy the spa more. One point to consider is the value: for the price, I expected a bit more. For example, access to the pool next door or one spa visit included. The hotel has a lot of potential. A touch of live music in the restaurant on weekend evenings or just creating a more vibrant and cozy atmosphere and could go a long way. It’s a charming place with a bit more warmth and energy, it could be truly exceptional!

Nybyggt och fint hotell som ligger perfekt vid vattnet. Rummen var också fina och rena, det enda negativa var att termostaten inte riktigt fungerade så det blev väldigt varmt. Finns en restaurang på entréplan med god mat. Dock var servicen katastrof den kvällen vi åt där. Det tog lång tid att beställa, lång tid att få drinkar och mat och när det väl kom som var det saker som saknades. Restaurangen var ungefär halvfull så vet inte varför allt tog sin tid, om det berodde på underbemanning eller erfarenhetsbrist. Baren tog också väldigt lång tid, ställde oss i kö som nr 3 och efter 10min hade det inte hänt nåt så vi gick därifrån.

Fantastisk upplevelse. Bra serveringspersonal (Emma skall ha en eloge), bra mat. Mindre bra i baren (Spritpersonal). Fina rum, god design. För varmt på rummet. Bra frukost. Snabb avdukning av personal. Bra personal i receptionen.

Mycket trevligt hotell med bra bar och restaurang

Superfint hotell, bra frukost och trevligt rum. Utöver att det var svårt att få ner temperaturen på rummet så är vi mycket nöjda med hela vistelsen. Restaurangen var också bra och särskilt drinkarna. Kommer absolut tillbaka om jag ska till Härnösand igen.

Snygg men opraktisikt

Ett hotell med fokus på det vackra men inte det praktiska . Rummet saknade plats att packa upp och plats att lägga saker. Det fann några hängare men ingen hylla eller ytor att lägga saker. Sedan gick inte värmen att justera utan instruktionen var att dra för gardinerna så vi inte kunde njuta av utsikten vi betalat för. För att komma runt sängen behövde man klämma sig förbi en bänk och en stor TV Badrummet saknade gummiskrapa så ganska blött på golvet. Alla små praktiska detaljer saknades

Väldigt fint hotell alldeles nybyggt vid vattnet. Tjusigt inrett och väldigt hög fin standard. Stor härlig frukostbuffé, fin restaurang och bar.

Toppmodernt men dålig ventilation på rummet

Helt nytt hotell i centrala Härnösand. Fantastisk utsikt/läge. Mycket bra frukost och bar. Enda nackdelen under vår vistelse var att rummet var väldigt varmt (26 grader) och det gick inte att öppna fönster eller öka ventilationen. Detta var under en värmebölja så det är säkert bättre vanligtvis.
