Reception staff were very friendly & helpful. A shoutout to Ida for her assistance. We had a standard room with a balcony with a city view. It was a 23 m sized room. The room was very hot as it got the western sun. A fan was already in the room which was good but I am glad we were not there in summer. We had the fan on each night. The room was clean, the bed comfortable & the pillows as I like. The breakfast was included & it was one of the best breakfasts on offer during our Nordic holiday. The location was ideal as we had a car while in Uppsala & the parking station was across the road from the hotel.
