Good Place to stay.
Front desk was great service and very pleasant. Room was good also, but picture above desk was broken(glass). Bathroom was very clen but roof above the shower was rusty and soft from the room above leaking on it. Other than those two things tge price and location of the hotel is great.

Below average stay
The sheets and pillow cases had spots on them. The electrical was poor we had to plug in the charging port n when we did it made clicking noises so much that we had to unplug them and they had to move us. The breakfast was bad only bagels, boiled eggs, oat meal and cereal no scrambled eggs or meat selection.

Brand new hotel
The hotel is brand new at the time I was there, everything smell like new and 100% cleaning. The breakfast is very simple coffee, muffins and bagels.

Brand new hotel, clean, but sketchy location
First time at a Spark Hilton property. Everything was clean and brand new, however in a questionable sketchy area. Upon arrival 2 security guards circled the property first sign of a questionable location, inside during the check in process a vagrant that appeared a regular was in the lobby getting kicked out. Needless to say the rif raf made us feel unsafe and we just stayed in and didnt venture outside the hotel. Just there for a night passing through.

New hotel. Clean room, comfortable bed, nice shower. This is a basic stat for a good price. No coffee maker or cups in room. Breakfast coffee, juice, bagel, and muffins offered. Good location.

Just meh
This is a simple, basic hotel. Not very clean: elevator had stains on floor, bathtub had hair inside, shampoo container had brown stuff on it, and side of bed had brown stuff on it too! Bed was comfortable. Location was a bit shady. I expected better with the Hilton name. Wouldn’t recommend.

When I checked in I had to be let in my room because the door lock was not synced with the key system. I was told when I returned from my event that my key would be ready. When I returned I was told the key was not working and once again let back in my room. This huge inconvenience caused me to have to stay in my room during my stay, or wait until a hotel staff member let’s me back in my room. If I wanted to wait to be let back in my room I did not expect this type of treatment especially being a Hilton honors member.
