Wonderful, helpful, friendly staff. Amazingly convenient location close to anywhere you would want to go. The facilities are extremely limited, but the staff go all out to make up for it. Entrance is confusing; reception is on the third floor above an unassuming sandwich shop. There are no staff on site after 10 PM.

Nice hotel in heart of Geneva. The rooms are functional and quite large, beds comfy. Our rooms bathroom was tiny and a could use some renovation, but was still ok. The breakfast we got into a room was tasty. The hotel also sent the free public transportation cards to email few days before which was very nice.

Location was excellent. Room service breakfast was generous. Staff was courteous and very helpful. Although facility is a bit outdated, it’s understandable due to the age of the building. Lobby/office is on the 3rd floor. It’s not favorable if guests have multiple luggages since elevator is a bit tight and will have few floor stops during check-in and check-out (i.e. street level, lobby/office, actual room-floor location).

Good location between the train station and the water. Lots of small restaurant around for dinner. The hotel seems very small with only few rooms and is located in an old house which might make room fittings a bit complicated but also gives a bit of charme. The breakfast was brought to the room at an agreed time, only downside was that the only table was the desk so we couldnt eat comfortably together, rather one at a time or taking the coffee to the bed.
