Beautiful ceiling and key location but issues re booking started. Booked apartments close to Duormo and with lift to ensure I can visit tourists sites despite mobility issues. Told lift not working and couldn't guarantee. Communication then stopped, no updates and issues filling in prep check in. They just blocked phonecalls and messages. Even reps at Hotels.Com could not get them. Been booking group road trips all over the world for years but Italian process of switching off the phones and ignoring customer calls even on the day you book in is really unsettling. Apartment
