Nice little air B&B very convenient to the train station and entrance to the Lucca city wall. The owners were super nice people! We had a small refrigerator that allowed us to go to the grocery store and live like Italians during our stay.

Very convenient stay in Lucca directly at the station and close to the city wall. Rooms are simple but charming with high ceilings and we had a small balcony. Staff is super friendly and easy going. Good eating options nearby and steps to the bicycle rental place (tip: take an e-bike to Pisa).

We stayed in the ‘Tina’ apartment which was a spacious full apartment with a workable kitchen and a large terrace for dining and relaxing.our location in the building was quite quiet. Some small bedrooms on the front would be noisy perhaps. The only drawback was that it was on the first floor, no elevator and 26 stairs up. Difficult with suitcases. The location was excellent and very close to the train station.Wifi was excellent too. A good choice for a few days or longer.

Overall I would rate this a 3.5 stars as the only let down was I had to wait until a cleaner exited the property in order to be able to get in. He personally was very helpful despite not being fluent in English. There was no one at check in (I arrived at 15:05) or check out (10:00 pronto) which was very strange. No message received beforehand with any access codes to enter the building - all I had was an envelope with my name directing me to the allocated room. When I checked out the following morning, again there was no one at the desk so I can only hope the key and my note were received safely. The positives however far outweigh the above negative. Location - excellent! The room and overall cleanliness - superb! I was unable to enjoy the balcony as my room was facing the main road and next to a very busy bar. The ear foams provided next to the bed suddenly made sense and were a lifesaver during the night. Will I return to this hotel if I were ever to visit Lucca again? Absolutely, but I do hope I get to see someone at check in and check out!

Vårt rum (Trilly) är rimligt och välkomnande, med tillgång till ett trevligt uterum. Rent och snyggt. Förutom en liten vattenkokare, mikrovågsugn och ett litet kylskåp i rummet, det var praktiskt med det större kylskåp med dryck utanför rummet. Vi stannade 5 nätter och trivdes mycket bra, förutom en lördag natt då musiken från ölhallen på gatan var i gång alldeles för länge och det var svårt att sova. Det finns en trevlig bar/restaurant/pizzeria alldeles utanför boendet. Hyresvärden Giulia var mycket omtänksam under var vistelsen. Tack Giulia!

Havde booket værelse for 2 nætter med egen terrasse, men fik et værelse uden terrasse eller altan. Blev oplyst, at det skyldes problemer med VVS på bestilt værelse. Kunne se, at værelset var benyttet af andre gæster. Fik at vide, at vi kunne få det bestilte værelse på anden dagen, hvilket vi fandt unødigt besværligt for 1 nat. Kommunikation med stedet foregik på telefon og skriv via Hotels.com Personale på stedet i begrænset tid om formiddagen forstod ikke engelsk.

Incheckningen var lite svårt att förstå men vi ringde telefonnr som stod i bokningen, inte bemannad med det löste sig och kontakten var trevlig och tillmötesgående. Bra läge, nära tåg och gamla stadsdelen. Gammalt men trivsamt rum, vi fick dessutom balkong ut mot vägen, ingen utsikt men alltid trevligt med balkong.
