If I could give Garden House more than five stars, I absolutely would! Fran is one of the kindest and most helpful hosts we've ever met. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and we genuinely enjoyed getting to know him through our conversations. The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—and even a few extra touches. Fran also provided a complimentary breakfast in our room, which was a wonderful surprise and made our early morning much easier. The airport transfer service was incredibly convenient and took the stress out of our departure. You can tell that Fran genuinely cares about both his hotel and his guests. His hospitality made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Out of every place we stayed during our trip through Spain and Italy, this was my daughter's favorite. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Garden House to anyone visiting Madrid.

Highly recommend family stay

Great location, super clean place. The Bolivian cleaning lady was so sweet. We appreciated the pastries, milk and coffee that were included as well as the yummy chicharrones. The only thing I would have liked was for both rooms to have AC but regardless we were fine. Left the door open and soon it chilled off as well.

There was a mix up with the room I booked and what was available - Fran sent me a message a day before to let me know. She had a smaller room available, and even offered me a room in her house! We decided to go with the smaller room as we just needed a room and a bathroom to recover from the flight over. We were arriving late, and Fran was so kind - left us some food so that we had something to eat when we finally arrived. The room was definitely small, but it's not the room I booked - so I can't say anything about that. The service we received from Fran was outstanding - she and I were in contact daily over WhatsApp and she gave us great suggestions for things to do. Helped me out with some laundry. The hotel itself was super quiet and clean, so we slept like the dead and felt relatively human again by the time we carried on for the rest of our travels!

Comfortable stay! The room was very tidy and comfortable. The neighbourhood was quiet. I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast, since I was especially looking for a place with breakfast included, woke up excited and realised the breakfast was the snacks and coffee in the room. They turned out to be okay, but maybe a bit clearer communication would have been better. If for example I could not eat wheat there wouldn't be anything for me to eat, and there was no supermarket nearby. But besides that, all good! Staff was friendly, thank you <3

Close to a bus line that goes directly to Madrid in less than 30 minutes, close to a grocery store. Wifi kept kicking off - this would be the only downside, but I would still book again if I returned to Madrid! Helpful owner that responded on WhatsApp right away! Cozy room, but kitchenette was a huge bonus!

A lovely, beautiful and relaxing place. The environment intertwined the modern and natural. Clean, peaceful and spacious room with the bonus of additonal kitchen space. Only a short walk to supermarket. The underground train station about 15 mins walk, so the journey from airport was seamless. I would stay here again, if I make another trip to Madrid.
