Pretty good place to stay
We were in town for an event at the Scottish Rite and this was a great location for that! We had the Executive Suite and it was HUGE! That was a welcome surprise! My only real complaint was the futon was extremely uncomfortable.

Stay away
Terrible customer service, advertised that service dogs welcome but kicked us out for having one. Stated they did not know what ADA laws are.

The “hotel” was not really a hotel, it reminded me of a long term rental condo. It was clean but seemed shabby to me.

Better than an airbnb
Loved this hotel! Has two full kitchens, and if the weather was nicer, a great outdoor patio area. Only drawback is it's not so easy for handicapped people to get from the parking garage to the hotel. Otherwise the room was great! Real cups.

Good value and location for my needs
We decided last minute to see a concert in St Louis, this place was the closest hotel and I got a good rate. Parking was easy, lobby, elevator, and room were all clean. The front desk attendant was helpful when my room code didn’t work, we got in our room quickly. We had everything we needed for our short stay and will remember this place for the next time we see a concert in the neighborhood.

Mediocrity but decent parking
Mediocre is the perfect way to explain this hotel. Beds were ok, doors shown light through (seemed unsafe), wallpaper peeling, hot water was non existing after 1030pm. My husband was able to shower took about 30 minutes to heat up.

Enjoyed my stay just a few things, a housekeeper should stop by to see if anything is needed. We ran out of toilet paper and trashed built up to wheee I emptied myself. I would suggest a better shower head. Water was great just awkward. Other than that I see the potential

Basic (hardly any staff), but adequate
We were a little worried when we walked in and saw that there was just a regular desk and a computer with no proper counter and just one calm but clearly overworked staff person. A nice maid was upstairs when we asked about getting a second cup for coffee and another coffee pod. But there was no other staff around. Odd bathmat that seemed like it had been used before? So every day we got our own coffee pods downstairs and our own new paper cups for the day. No room cleaning when you're there. We put our trash outside the door. However, It was all relatively clean, just that everything is basic. Furnishings basic. Lots of codes to remember to get in and out of the building, parking, room.
