One of the best experiences ever!! I stayed 6 days and consistently the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating daily with any requested needs, the cleanliness of my room ( it even smaller clean and fresh) the entire inside and grounds 10+. There was always staff cleaning the facility non stop. Breakfast was decent but again the accommodating staff made it wonderful

We booked a room after Hurricane Beryl due to loss of power at home. We booked another night two nights later (no availability the second night). We regained power and no longer needed the room. The hotel manager refused to give our money back stating it was a non-refundable room (we bought the insurance, but insurance doesn’t cover hurricanes). In a time of need, the manager was not accommodating or caring. I will no longer stay at TownePlace Suites.
