Good stay overall. Excellent service for the morning breakfast starting at 7:00. For those travelling with electric vehicle, there are 2 charging stations only, 1 for Tesla and one for others. Current location of the charging stations is in a very tight parking spot. The hotel would benefit installing additional charging stations in a more convenient location in the large parking lot at the back of the hotel.

Walked into a spacious room with kitchen amenities. Everything was clean and well maintained. A short walk to the casino down a well lit outdoor staircase. A good challenge to come back up the stairs. A fire pit and hot tub were available. A shuttle was available to and from the main hotel to the casino or our apartments.

I stay there at least once a year and it is always super clean and the desk staff is very friendly. The Spa O'Quartz and Zen Evasion Spa are my favourite part of staying there. Massage therapists are always very professional and attentive to your specific needs. Since the renos the Spa really has a nice feel with the multiple pools, sauna and relax area. The hotel is a short walk from the Casino for those who gamble and is also close to nice hiking trails that lead to the St. Lawrence River. This year I noticed that maintenance staff was often in the hallways with tools and machinerie. Might be the change of season so i'm not sure I want to hold it against them. The restaurant has a varied menu to please everyone and the Table d'Hote has some nicer options like duck and seafood for a very affordable price. Overall a very nice place to stay in La Malbaie.

Just barely average. Reservation stated room would be ready by 4pm but was not, spas at pavilion are more buckets, indoor pool is so small, more like a big bath. Humongous room but barely no furniture, chairs are too small for size of balcony, shuttle take you downhill but does not bring you back up the hill.. Just average.
