A great staff; beautiful rooms; umbrellas
Rooms are immaculate. Service is top notch! Standouts: Orin (front desk); Angel (doorman); the bell desk staff; the folks who unobtrusively ensure the lobby is pristine at all times. Kudos for having an abundant supply of quality large umbrellas. The reason we call the Barclay home when in NY is that at the Barclay, everyone on staff goes out of their way to say “yes.”
