Incheon is a good compromise in terms of being close to Seoul but not in Seoul. As such, it is cheaper and more charmingly "Korean" (rather than international). Incheon is a good fit for visitors who want to be near Seoul, but not in Seoul.

We were actually visiting Seoul, and using Incheon as a staging area. We picked to stay in Incheon because it is where Seoul airport is located, plus it has good Metro connection to Seoul (Same system) slightly more than an hour away.
"Super spacious room with great soaking tub! Convenience store located on site which is nice because the buffet is really expensive. Pool looked really nice too, but we couldn’t use it bc it was pouring. Excellent free shuttle service to and from the airport too!"
"The staff was very helpful and pleasant. My flight got delayed and they let me have the room 4 more hours than the checkout time. Excellent condition place."
