Wonderful view, great location. Staff are wonderful. The only down side - there is no CENTRAL hvac system, so the noisy air conditioning unit is right on the balcony. If you like your beauty sleep - consider this.

Good hotel when internet works

I was given a wonderful room with a great ocean view on a upper floor. I had a couple of minor issues with the room that were not the fault of the hotel and they were promptly taken care of. One that I did find that was unacceptable was that the internet went out every single morning. I notified hotel staff 4 of my 7 days about this. 1 day it was immediately fixed and I received a call from the front desk telling me that. The other 3 day the front desk staff acted like it was something that never happened before. As someone who was traveling alone from out of the country. I relied on the hotel internet to communicate with in country friends who were coming to pick up. Needles to say that on my last day. The internet didn't work, I notified the front desk staff. 2 hours later there was still no internet. I had to turn my roaming on on my phone. This cost me extra money and frustration. The evening shift front desk staff were an absolute treat. They were so nice and helpful. I can not say enough good things about them.

Na reserva pedi camas separadas e no ato do checkin fui informada que não tinham atendido o meu pedido. Só tinha quarto com cama de casal. Quase imediatamente após a minha negação, apareceu um quarto com disponibilidade. Aparentemente estava um pouco empoeirado, mas estava organizado. Possui bom tamanho, boa localização, funcionários prestativos. Possui uma estrutura um pouco antiga, mas os funcionários pareciam está fazendo manutenções diárias. O chuveiro estava um pouco ruim pois não saia água em conformidade e era difícil deixar em uma temperatura confortável. Apenas um dia, ficamos aguardando em uma fila para tomar café da manhã e pegamos o buffet quase sem reposição. No mais, poderia ter sido melhor em alguns aspectos e nada foi pontuado durante minha estadia ao estabelecimento.

O hotel é muito bom, mas faltam alguns itens por ser 4 estrelas... A reserva era para duas pessoas e ao fazer o check-in o funcionário disse ser para um adulto, eu logo dei o papel da reserva que sempre levo impresso, e tudo foi logo resolvido sem problemas. Não tinha cobertor no quarto, esfriou e tive que solicitar e buscar na recepção após a meia noite, bem desagradável. Tb solicitei camas de solteiro e cheguei era casal, foi resolvido no dia seguinte, mas deveriam prestar mais atenção no pedido do cliente. A TV TCL acendia uma luz e piscava a noite em vários momentos, me deu um susto, avisei no dia seguinte e não mandaram a manutenção, pesquisei e parece ser alguma configuração de rede. Todos os funcionários atenciosos, o café da manhã é ótimo, mas não tem álcool gel a disposição, tive que pedir a um funcionário que me forneceu o líquido, de uso deles. A vista e localização são fatores determinantes, tudo perto e muitas opções de bares e restaurantes. Enfim, tudo que podem resolver e nada sério. Vale bem a pena.

Equipe de funcionários totalmente gentil e bem educada, tiraram todas as dúvidas e deram as devidas orientações, além de solucionarem as 2 intercorrências que tivemos durante a estadia.
