This was the nicest hotel I have stayed in in a long time. The place is new and immaculate. The staff was friendly and answered all our questions accurately and promptly. I highly recommend this listing.

I had a wonderful stay at Tropical Palace. It was easy to find and near plenty of restaurants and stores. I felt safe when walking and the staff was nice and helpful. Food and drinks were really good. Bed was comfortable and showers were spacious.

I will never stay here again
The property wasn't clean, internet, TV, and AC all not working properly. The toilet take a longer time to refill after one flush. The toilet was not working properly, the room was not clean and no fresh towels or bed sheets provided. Extremely poor service. I will never stay there again. Look nice outside but the service is very bad.

The hotel is under construction and somehow forgot to tell us. The swimming pool is dirty, with chemicals. There were no hot water. Overall 1/10 rating.

Had a great stay here! Rooms were cozy but could hear neighbors who were a bit noisy. Pool was AMAZING! Staff was friendly, helpful, and nice to chat with. They have great rates on Golf Carts you can easily rent there too.

Good place to stay.
Great hotel for a reasonable price. It has a bar and restaurant and even golf cart rental. Free coffee at the reception. Coffee was quite bad, but it was free so couldn’t complain. I enjoyed chilling in my balcony with a pool view. Really nice and friendly staff.

Great hotel for the price. Lovely pool area. Rooms very clean. Initial room given did not have balcony but asked to change and other was lovely and had outdoor seating. Location is in area with lots building currently but easy to walk or buggy to main area. Reception staff were very helpful and attentive.

They provided pick up and drop off to go ferry. The property was nice and the staff was friendly. My room had a cute balcony with a view of the pool. Restaurant at the hotel was pretty good enjoyed last of the lobster season and had a great snapper meal too. The hotel bar didn’t stock tequila unfortunately but everything else was great

Great people and great property. It is very central and in walkable distance to any place you’d like to go on the island. The property owners are very kind and hospitable. One I wish I knew before I went is the amount of mosquitos around and inside the property. Make sure you bring mosquito repellent.

Hotel is close to restaurantd and bars. Pool is beautiful and staff is very nice. Raul the bartender was very nice and helpful. Bed was comfortable and room clean. Hotel is fairly new. Good AC wifi was ok in my room, but better downstairs. Gave me a warm welcome, with a drink! Walking distance to most things.

The ladies in the office were fabulous, as they helped me out a few times with receiving and sensing documents of unexpected events back home. Parking our golf cart was good, being on the 4th floor without a elevator was a little tiring after a few days.
