Great to have bus service at the front door for those who do have a car. Shopping area and restaurant close by was very useful. The property is surrounded by large selection of fast food like McDonald’s, Popeyes, Subway, etc. The surrounding is quiet and the soundproof is good. The only downside about the property is that the air from the air conditioning would be directly blow to you and it’s really chill in summer. If you don’t like it then might not consider the place.
