Terrible, no reception. No people around . Creepy
When we arrive in the property we are not happy because theres no reception there. No one are there. We cannot enter because theres a code to enter but we dont have code. We keep calling no one answers only answering machine. The pictures online at hotel.com and the place we arrive are not the same. I choose a room but i dont expect the place is a ski hotel mont blanc. Is different in the pictures. We call the number we want to cancel the booking because we dont expect that place looks creepy.. but we cannot cancel it online. I want my money back under klarna payment. I need an asap answer for this. Its a scam!

I just don’t like someone trying to open the door. I think it was the house keeping. They open the door using the code and we’re still inside not even time yet for check out me and my husband still on bed and making love luckily we use the double lock and they was not able to open the door. It’s scared us!

It was clean and the value was nice but the lack of staff and overall lighting made the area feel spooky which wasn’t my preferred vibe. The only complaint I have is that an hour before my checkout time the cleaning staff entered the code to my room and entered my room which I felt was not okay. Overall nice property and it was clean!

If your booking on Expedia be careful! The way the hotel is advertised is not accurate to the location or the rooms. The pictures are beautiful but the rooms look nothing like this, there tiny and super old and have a weird smell! We didn’t even stay for 10 minutes when we decided to book another hotel. I lost all my money because I wasn’t able to get a refund. Checking in was so complicated, there was no reception or lobby. I tried calling the number provided multiple times to get instructions on how to get to my room and i never got an answer. Not to mention i emails them too. I STRONGLY do not suggest this place.

Property is shady and neaby area looks abandoned. It needs renovation and better coffee and snacks availability. There were no mugs or cups to have coffee. We just sleep in the room which also should be renovated. There was no proper covering on the blanket and it was just sandwiched between two sheets.
