Try another place
The limited interactions we had with the staff were pleasant enough. The room we received did not match the photos and it was so tiny you could barely move around. There was no hot water. It was unseasonably warm when we visited and the front desk warned us about the mosquitoes, but said the room had a fan to use (the windows don't have screens). The "fan" was a tiny floor model (perhaps 24 inches tall) that barely worked and was very loud, so it was useless. So, we had to sleep in a stuffy, dark room with no air the night before our visit to MP. We were charged extra for using a credit card, even though this wasn't disclosed on the reservation. Obviously you're paying for the location, but for $150 US, I would have expected better.

Wonderful hotel! Wonderful location with amazing view of the Urubamba river from the balcony! The staff was great and they keep our luggage and also offer to send it to the train station. The breakfast was delicious. Everything was excellent!

Quite place, people attentive. Bathroom could be better arranged. Not sure how it would be during high season.

Our check in took forever and we weren't sure why. There seemed to be some misunderstandings with the staff. However, the property is excellent. The rooms are clean, quiet, and the location was lovely. The views from the balconies is stunning. The breakfast was excellent as well.

Wonderful view of the Urubamba river from the balcony. The property and bedroom were clean overall, but the shower curtain wasn’t. Not great hot water either. The front desk staff (Elvis) was extremely helpful and arranged for our luggage to be transported and delivered to us to the train station after our return from Machupicchu.

Very close to the train station, the property is just finishing remodeling. At first they put my kids on a separate floor from us, but we moved rooms to be closer. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good too. We had a very nice stay and absolutely loved the town of Agus Calientes.

Everything was awesome and the property is in a good location and the views from balconies are incredible. The only drawback, however, was mold on the shower walls and shower curtains.

Highly recommend staying here while visiting Machu Picchu! The room we stayed in was very comfortable & very nice considering we are in Peru. Had a nice balcony with a view of the river & street leading to Machu Picchu. The breakfast was offering a variety of fruits, breads, ham & cheese, juices, eggs made to order, cereals & coffee. This isn’t the US so do not expect a US continental breakfast. This type of breakfast is typical for hotels out of the US. The staff was extremely nice & helpful! Helped us find a tour guide for Machu Picchu. The hotel is a ~5 min distance away from the main strip of Aguas Calientes, but at least it was quiet. We recommend & would stay again :) thank you!

The room we booked was not available for the date I booked it for, so my family of four slept in two seperate rooms the first night. No explanation for was given for the inconvenience. We were moved to the triple the second night, but no mention of why not the first night. On the final day of our stay, no hot food (basically eggs) were available on the breakfast buffet. The breakfast was already slim, but the lack of anything hot maybe should not allow them to put “breakfast included” on Expedia. Sugar cereal, yogurt and low grade ham slices and cheese slices and a sad pineapple won’t delight too many travelers who paid that much for breakfast.
