Relaxing break

This is a fabulous hotel for a relaxing break. The facilities were lovely, the food was fresh , with lots of choice. The staff were very friendly and kind. And you just cross the road to the beach. A very nice stay!

Would definitely recommend this hotel, the rooms are quite nice and the staff is really amazing . Loved the beach close by (2mn walk) with sunbeds you could rent and clear water . The beach was not too crowded which was really nice . You do need a car to explore around. I would have loved if the bathroom was seperated from the room. Also, some things looked différents from the pictures displayed online but that wasn’t huge. I would come back to this hotel!

Wir waren nun das 5. Mal im Canyamel Park Hotel und wieder absolut zufrieden. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Große Auswahl an Speisen und großes Salatbuffet. Show-Cooking mit abendlich abwechselndem Fisch, Fleisch. Gemüse, Obst, es ist alles dabei. Einzig die Matratze war in diesem Zimmer anders als sonst, zwei einzelne Matratzen mit tiefem Spalt zwischen den Betten, zu weich und eher etwas unbequem. Andere Kissen, zum Ausgleich der Matratze wurden uns sofort zur Auswahl gestellt. Sehr angenehmer Stoff beim Bettbezug.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. L’hôtel est très beau à 2 côté de la plage. les chambres sont spacieuses et la décoration est très soignée. Le personnel est agréable , souriant et disponible si besoin. La piscine extérieure calme et propre. L’espace spa est très bien organisé.

Sauber, schön, bequeme Betten, schöne Inneneinrichtung. Das Abendbuffet war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Ich empfehle es jedem, der Ruhe mag. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, waren zu wenige Parkplätze. Auch die Aussicht von unserem Balkon war nicht die beste. Einige Servicekräfte (beim Frühstück und Abendessen) sorgten für eine stressige Atmosphäre.

Superbe séjour dans un très bel hôtel à taille humaine. Calme et reposant. Magnifique espace piscine extérieur et joli petite piscine intérieure avec sauna, hammam et 2 jacuzzis. Tout est pensé pour s’y sentir bien. Le personnel est souriant et aux petits soins. Dîner et petit déjeuner excellent. Grande chambre, bien agencé. On a adoré et on s’est régalé. Cumple las expectativas. Un lugar tranquilo donde descansar.Reina la tranquilidad.Está a 1minuto de la playa (segunda línea).A destacar los trabajadores super amables. Siempre suele haber sitio para aparcar. Con varias opciones tanto para desayunar como para cenar. Para comer hay opción en el bar como ensaladas,hamburguesas o pizzas si no muy recomendable el chiringuito de la playa. Las instalaciones estaban cuidas,la única pega que podría decir sería el Spa que no tenía el agua climatizada y estaba fría por lo demás todo maravilloso.

Alojamiento sobresaliente en Canyamel, recién reformado y muy nuevo, tanto las habitaciones como todas las instalaciones. El personal es muy atento y amable, pero lo mejor sin duda son las habitaciones, limpias, con un baño amplio y el sistema de climatización, así como detalles como que te dejan unas toallas para la playa.

Wir waren vier Nächte in einer Junior Suite im Nebengebäude unterstes Stockwerk. Dort gab es Bettwanzen!! Ich kann jedem nur von einem Aufenthalt dort abraten. Hätte ich die Google Bewertungen nach diesem Stichwort mal vor der Buchung durchsucht... deshalb gehen wir davon aus, dass das Hotel seither nichts unternommen hat, obwohl es in den letzten 9 Monaten drei weitere Bewertungen mit Bettwanzen gibt. Enormer Aufwand, Stress und Kosten, damit man zuhause nichts einschleppt. Leider waren wir uns erst am letzten Tag sicher, dass es sich um Bettwanzen handelt, da man die unzähligen Bisse oft erst nach ein paar Tagen sieht. Keine Mückenstiche!! Die Reaktion des Hotels war absolut schlecht und enttäuschend. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie indiskutabel. Man wurde nicht ernst genommen! Es wird behauptet, dass es sich nur um Mückenstiche oder anderes Ungeziefer handeln kann, aber keinesfalls um Bettwanzen. Zudem sollen sich die bisherigen Bewertungen diesbezüglich auf ein anderes Hotel beziehen... Traurig, dass das Offensichtliche nicht ernst genommen und demnach auch nicht gehandelt wird. Das Hotel ist an sich sehr schön und die Zimmer grundsätzlich auch. Essen ist auch lecker. Der rooftop Pool könnte allerdings sauberer sein und es gibt dort viele Liegen aber leider sehr wenig Schirme. Abendessen teuer, wenn man es im Nachhinein dazu bucht. Wir haben einmal mittags an der Bar gegessen, was leider alles kalt war. Preise dort aber ok.

Un hotel avec un personnel très sympathique.il est doté d’une grande piscine et de 2 plus petites sur les toits.l'espace spa est bien conçu et les soins tres agréables. Canyamel est un endroit calme a 50 metres de la mer. C'est un endroit loin de de l’animation des villes.Nous sommes seulement à 10 minutes d ’Arta et cala rajada en voiture.
